UNIQA in Switzerland has developed specific knowledge and processes linked to the health insurance for international organizations over these last four decades. Among others, thanks to our ISO 9001:2008 certified Quality Management System; we continuously adapt ourselves to the needs of our clients. UNIQA in Switzerland is audited  on compliance regularly to maintain certification.

Our commitment to ISO 9001:2008 shows to our customers that we say what we do, do what we say, and then we prove it.

Quality Assurance Plan:

The Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) presents a framework for activities which ensures delivery of quality services required by our clients.

UNIQA in Switzerland regularly  conducts comprehensive business reviews to analyze and improve quality, processes and performance systematically. We ensure that we clearly understand their specific goals before translating them into operational key performance indicators that enable us to measure ourlevel of performance and monitor it over time.

Our key performance indicators are systematically associated with measurement tools that we used to monitor all fields of our activity.

RESULT OF OUR CUSTOMERS’ SATISFACTION SURVEY IN 2016

In 2016, UNIQA in Switzerland conducted a satisfaction survey, with the participation of about 3,000 clients, that shows a very high level of satisfaction from our customers. We hereby thank our customers for their participation to this survey.

We are very pleased to hereby communicate the results:

Rate of recommendation: 93.5% 

Rate of satisfaction concerning the service and benefits: 95.5%

Comparison with other insurance companies (all branches of insurance):

86% of our customers consider UNIQA in Switzerland among the best insurance companies and 11% of our clients estimatethat we are as the best company.

We believe that customer focus and satisfaction through our services will determine our success and future existence as a company.
